Shipping policy

Once your order is placed, please allow 7-10 business days to receive your package. Most items are shipped via USPS First Class mail and you will receive the tracking number once it ships (if you provide your email address). In some cases, large orders are shipped via UPS and the UPS tracking number is provided as well.

If your order has not shipped within 7-10 days or there has been some sort of delay on our end, we normally contact the buyer to alert them of the delay. If you have not received an update or any information about your order, please contact us via email:
